"Very rude Chinese assistant. When I told him I was one item short when I collected my medicines, he claimed to be infallible and said they never make mistakes. He then suggested I open the bag every time and count all the tablets individually (360), and I should take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, after 12 years with them I started using Wells across the road. Much more polite and helpful!"
