"I called 5 times and after every 5 ring my call is being ended by someone operating today 5th of march, 2022...whoever is working there by this day, pls if you can't do your job, quit it, I'm sure there is someone else who can. Because pharmacist serves people not ignore them. Busy isn't an answer if you wanna do your job well else you can't do the job. Such incompetency.. And poor service."

"This Pharmacy should make it easier for me to collect my prescriptions as I shop. But I have for the the third time tried to order a prescription only to go back to pick it up to find they hadn’t ordered it. Not good enough Tesco. I’ve just called to ask why my daughters prescription was not there, as she had been told it was never ordered. I said l came in on Saturday and ordered it. I was told no you didn’t because we have nothing on our screen to say you ordered it. No of course not because the pharmacy doesn’t know what it’s doing."
