"I called in yesterday to buy some chloramphenicol eye ointment. I'm a nurse and able to recognise the symptoms. I spoke to the pharmacist who told me I didn't have conjunctivitis, she could not sell me chloramphenicol but suggested I buy a tube of Brolene or Golden Eye ointment instead. When I told her the active ingredient in both those preparations was chloramphenicol that she'd just refused to sell me she told me I was wrong and they don't. Not impressed at the level of her knowledge, manners or attitude. Arguing with me about my symptoms was bad enough but giving out misinformation is dreadful."

"I had my hepatitis B vaccine done by one of the pharmacists today, I was so anxious to have it done but he spoke to me the whole time to relax me and he offered to do the vaccine either sitting on a chair or laying down on the floor on a yoga mat. He also willingly allowed me to listen to my music while having the vaccine which was amazing and it meant that I was able to have a stress free experience. I will endeavour to come to Croft on pharmacy for any advice or vaccines in the future, best service out there! I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone and everyone."
