"My wife took our 5 year old son into see the pharmacist today as advised by his school, following a cut he received to his head. After waiting for 10+ mins with our son in his arms, the pharmacist walked past totally ignoring them to prioritise a non-urgent matter. The receptionist then rudely told them to leave because the pharmacist won’t see them and when my wife asked about making a complaint the receptionist responded “go ahead, make a complaint then”. The only positive is that there are several other professional and caring pharmacies in the area, so avoid this one if you can, unless you want to ruin your day and come out feeling worse than you go in."
"Becomming unreliable all of a sudden. Now finding have to use a chemist across the road for prescription drugs as Farrants has run out. Advertising services they cannot actually provide and at times, stand around chatting amongst themselves rather than serving customers."
