"On arriving to collect a prescription the staff were more interested talking to themselves. When I finally got the attention of a member of staff. They could not fulfill a pre order prescription as most of the items were out of stock. The person dealing with me told me "we won't be able to get the prescription as we are being sold." Where does that leave me. Thank goodness it wasn't life threatening medication. I don't believe the sale of a pharmacy should stop the staff getting the medication required. It should be business as usual until the last day. Very poor show indeed."
"This pharmacy does not open at 7am, I turned up at 7.12 and there was no one there, despite waiting till 7.30. They falsy advertise their opening hours."
"Hardly busy, in Sainsburys so loads of car parking space, have lot of stock or you can order online and collect in store. No waiting time and straight forward."
"The pharmacist left and he said to come back at 7:30pm I was shocked what do you want me to do wait for him or drive somewhere else to seek for medicine? The guy then finally come back at 7:30, then I asked for a product the guy he wasn’t interested search for it, he went around looked then he come back said we don’t have it. I said are you sure, then I asked him to look for different brand then without looking he said no we don’t have it so I insisted to look again, then he comeback with the product I’ve asked at the beginning and say sorry we don’t stock them anymore!"
