"Very poor service needed urgent heart mediction phoned to check if my prescription was ready on three days told it's ready go in and was told hadn't been ordered on the day it was ready phoned again was told it was in so said I'm on my way and would it be ready got there and still not ready had to wait over 30 minutes. Never had these problems when the old pharmacist was there sadly will now have to look for a reliable chemist. Very stressful"

"The staff are always very helpful and courteous and don't think twice about phoning around to get what you in the unlikely event that they have not got what you need, and the fact that they are open until 9 pm is a bonus ."

"Been going here every month for a long time but had a terrible experience recently. Left waiting on hottest day of the year for 50minutes because owners didn’t believe my prescription was real (as it was a private prescription from a Doctor outside of London). Instead of communicating that they were doing independent checks they left me waiting with no update the whole time as everyone else came and went. Owners called my consultant twice and interrogated him and refused to accept on the first call that he was a genuine consultant as he’s based out of London even after he explained it was virtual appointments we have (it’s 2022 people we have the internet and zoom) I also had proof of our appointments and diagnosis which they were not interested in. They didn’t apologise even after I politely gave feedback. Have moved all my prescriptions to Boots who were much quicker and friendlier. Boots asked for ID to verify my prescription but didn’t treat me like an addict or criminal."
