"They either don't have my prescription items or only part of the prescription. I went today, the day of ambulance strike, Google says they are open till 7pm. They were shut at 2.30pm. You'd think on ambulance strike day they would be open all day as advertised to keep people out of A&E."

"Rude and ignorant staff. Prescriptions never ready, waiting in baskets until someone comes in for the items. Waits of 50 minutes not unusual. Pharmacy filthy with stock on the floor. What a disgrace. Not my first complaint about this piece of rubbish"

"This doesn’t seem like a functional operation at all. Waited for ages to be told that I can’t collect my medication as their blood pressure machine is broken. Closed at lunchtime but that’s not advertised on their website so wasted two journeys to the chemist today to come back empty handed."

"I’m only giving a 1 star rating as it’s the lowest I can give. This ‘pharmacy’ is in all honesty the absolute worst! I genuinely cannot express my hatred towards this place. First of all let me recount the time when some loser employee gave me AN ASTHMA PATIENT’S MEDICATION INSTEAD OF MY OWN! Luckily I actually CHECKED my bag as soon as I got out! The look on the lady’s face was priceless! Further, I hate going in there & the people who ‘work’ there are so incredibly rude - absolutely NO Customer service. It’s such a stress even looking at them let alone actually conversing with them. I cannot express enough how much I would pay people NOT to go there! This place should either fire everyone & rebuild the employees or (even better) close down for good."
