"Terrible service - came for a vaccination for my one year old for a 2pm appointment. Called to say I was running 10 mins late. Arrive and they then proceed to serve another couple of people including a lady who they proceed to have some sort of dispute with. After 30 mins I decide to leave - my partner has been waiting around the corner for the duration of this - and they say oh we will be with you in 10-20 minutes. I said I need to go and they barely apologise but do say we will keep your forms. The cheek!!! Really rather angry as I had come with a baby and made plans for the day around that and then dragged my husband to drive us as we were running late - wasted all our time and no apology!"
