"I care for a terminally ill person who is bedridden. They have a tooth infection. My GPs sent the prescription for antibiotics on Wednesday to Marijak Pharmacy. I still haven't heard from them. I call but there is no reply. I take my bike and cycle up there leaving patient alone. They are closed. They hold the prescription and it's Easter weekend. How do you think I feel? How do you think the terminally ill bed ridden patient with a tooth ache that shoots up to the brain feels? We feel we have been totally le]t down by the pharmacy but also held at ransom, we need the prescription to go to another pharmacy. To do so, I have to make another appointment with the doctor, on Good Friday?......so bad."
