"I was disappointed with their service as I had to wait 25 minutes this morning to receive my grandson's medication as the person who received my prescription left it somewhere the pharmacist couldnt see it. I found 5 people who came after me receiving their medication within 5 to 10 minutes. I waited for 20 minutes and asked the lady in blue coat who said "we are very busy", not very politely. I assumed they would have a system to have the prescriptions in an orderly manner, so that they can prepare the medication accordingly. The pharmacist was very apologetic but it wasnt her faul."
