"I got to the site politely, I asked about some medicine I needed and the man was very arrogant and rude, he told me that he didn't have any, and it's not the first time, whenever I or someone from my family or friends goes, they treat everyone very badly and arrogantly as if we are going to ask for something free, they should be more polite since customers leave their money there. They always look down on you. I think they delete the bad comments because I don't understand how they only have good comments, since even being there they treat other clients badly."
