"Years ago this pharmacy used to be very nice. Regular staff that knew me and very customer friendly. Since it changed hands, I now get told to write my Name & D.O.B on a piece of paper when get my scripts every time I go there by continual new staff turnover, It is no longer a customer friendly place and I find some of the pharmacists ignorant. They dont enteract with customers no more or make the effort to get to know them and we are now treated like strangers, not locals. There is one long term pharmacist who still works there who knows me and if he leaves, I think I will too..."
"Emtiaz is a great pharmacist. But you'll need to ask for a printed label for items they owe you. Today I had to pay OTC for an item they owed me because the pharmacist "didn't see a prescription on the system for it"... Update: They called me back, admitted the mistake and refunded the extra purchase. Nice one!"
"Just had the most horrible rude service there. I went inside and the older female staff treated me like i am utter trash. No greeting or asking what i need just hostile staring at me then acting as if it is outrageous that im looking for 50mg iron supplement. Then she barks at me "Who told you to take that?". Disgusting experience. Seeing that others apparently get good service there i would guess the fact that i am a young black female might be why i was treated as less than a person."
