Reviews
"I can never get through to them to check if the medication has arrived. No one picks up the phone at any point of the day. The medication is never ready, even for a vulnerable, old patient's. It's appalling. And the customer is non-existent. They've been understaffed for ages. They could at least notify their patients that they won't get their medication on time."
"They don't pick up the phone calls and for over 5 months they still haven't got bandages. Imagine when you bleed and the pharmacy doesn't have bandages... They also don't have many medication and the staff is just hiding somewhere most of the time. Such a space waste"
"Do not use this pharmacy if you have a choice. The service is slow. The staff are surly, unhelpful and unpleasant. And they are also incompetent: I recently attended twice in one day with urgent prescriptions for family members of two of the most common antibiotics, and they were out of stock of both of them. Their excuse was they had not had deliveries for a couple of days because it was a long weekend. A competent pharmacy would ensure that it had sufficient stocks of common drugs to manage a long weekend. Completely useless."
"Not even worth one star. Never going there again.wait ages for prescription. Closes at 4pm some days and at weekends it’s closes due to no staff to run the place. Close this pharmacy down it’s a waste of time"
"A&E Kings Collage gave me a prescription for antihistamine and steroid urgently as hives was effecting my throat and face. Went to this location and have had THE WORST SERVICE OF THE MOST UNHELPFUL NON CONCERNED INDIVIDUALS I’ve ever come across EVER. They couldn’t understand the script, a lady who was in the queue who was a nurse told them what it was but they still refused to fill it. I asked them to call the hospital and was to I had to go back, which wasn’t an option as I was in a bad way. I was then told that I could go to another pharmacy who could maybe understand it!!! He even raised his voice to me and I had to remind him I’m a customer and he had better lower it. He wouldn't call so I called and the Doctor told them its exactly what we had said it was. The pharmacist couldn’t understand GASTRO in the script and didn’t want to deal with it. So sad that in time of need they showed no compassion or cared to try and help. The person at the desk said he couldn’t call the hospital as he didn’t have the number!! It was utterly disgusting. When I looked at the reviews and saw 2 star I wasn’t surprised. All very badly run."
