"Went in for some iron tablets due to being anaemic - they didn’t have a price on them, so the lady at the counter (who was nice) asked how much they were. Pharmacist wasn’t clear, but other lady behind the counter said they were £6.99 a box (they’re usually £1.99). She’d clearly just plucked this figure out of thin air, and when I questioned this, she gaslit me and said ‘yeah back in the day maybe’ in a rude manner. Well nope, not back in the day - literally a month ago. You’ve been caught out making up prices, and now I’ve had to walk 30 minutes to the next pharmacy where, lo and behold, they were £1.99 a box. To think you’re the gatekeeper to our health… shameful."

"I have had nothing but the best experiences here. The staff are so helpful, kind and honest. If there are problems they will tell you straight and help you deal with it and are always so apologetic. I have an obscure monthly prescription that other pharmacies refuse to order however they will not only order it for me but also call me when it comes in every time and let me know or apologise if there are issues. It can be busy but they work hard to give everyone the attention they need."

"Left me standing with a slipped disc (spinal injury) for 30minutes (and my pregnant wife in a hot car) whilst they served a dozen people behind me in the queue. Absolutely rude and incompetent staff, who initially wanted to turn me away because my doctor didn’t put any dates on the prescription. I had to ask them to (do their job) and call the doctor. Avoid this place. They also take an hour for lunch (without any service) and don’t answer their phones, so if you’re trying to fill a prescription on YOUR lunch break, good luck to you."
