"The most shockingly rude service I’ve ever witnessed or experienced in my entire life. No exaggeration here. Over the phone was being patronised by a man when they’re in a healthcare role and should be the one’s advising and educating on medications and basic procedures. Customer Service and basic human kindness doesn’t exist with them. I even saw the woman working there being so passive aggressive and rude to an elderly vulnerable man. It’s a shame I didn’t read the reviews before using this pharmacy. Will be changing to another immediately."

"Have to agree with all the negative reviews here. The worst customer service! Not willing to help, patronising, asked for suggestion of what’s best to take and the answer I’ve got is ‘I don’t know’ with eye rolling … it has a very bad smell there as well, not even sure how hygienic that place is. Definitely going to go further to buy medicine next time"

"I visited this pharmacy for the first time today and I unfortunately I have to agree with all the bad reviews about the customer service in this pharmacy. The lady at the counter seemed so bothered, she rolled her eyes at me, spoke in a condescending tone and it was generally not a nice interaction. First and last time. I will be travelling further away to collect my prescription next time."

"1) Staff do not say please, thank you, make friendly eye contact, nor smile readily. 2) Their face-to-face customer service is bad, but their telephone manner is terrible! 3) They behave as if they are providing a favour instead of a service. 3) They do not display any knowledge of mental health issues, which considering their proximity to a mental health hospital is extremely concerning. There is no evidence of any customer service training having been completed at this pharmacy, which needs to be remedied urgently. I changed my nominated pharmacy recently as I am disabled, and this pharmacy is closer to my home. However, as soon as I have researched the best pharmacies in my locality I will take my business elsewhere."
