If you put in a prescription and they don’t have it they don’t inform you so you pick up the rest of your prescriptions thinking you have it or didn’t ask for it. "Don't carry lateral flow tests despite being listed as a pick up point on NHS's list. I've been in 4 times and pretty rudely been told they don't have any, like I was asking for spare change. Guess someone's taking them for themselves."
