"I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received over the phone today (23/11/2021). I spoke to a gentleman to enquire about the minimum time between the 1st and 2nd dose of the vaccine. He then quite literally, screamed over the phone at me demanding why I hadn't taken the first vaccine yet (bearing in mind he didn't know whether I was enquiring on behalf of somebody else or not). I could not get a word in edgeways to explain myself, and when I finally did, I explained that not everyone is able to get the vaccine due to underlying problems, allergies, or confidential reasons etc. After this distressing exchange of dialogue, he then responded by saying he understands - which by that point, it was too far gone for me to wholeheartedly accept. As a pharmacist, you are meant to be open, understanding, reassuring, and have your customer's trust to be able to comfortably vocalise any health issues or concerns. Based on my experience, I would not recommend anyone to come to Pascoe Pharmacy if this is the unprofessional treatment and service that they are going to receive from them. Especially around something as sensitive as Covid-19 related issues. I can see some lovely reviews about this pharmacy, but it seems that this one person that I spoke to today has let the rest of the team down. Very disappointing."
