"I’ve used this chemist for my repeat prescriptions for years. They have always tried to do their best and alert me when I’m overdue a health check or need my exemption updating. I’m sad to hear they have borne the brunt of some individuals dissatisfaction (which largely comes from supply chain issues which means they have to dispense less so everyone gets something). They are over worked and tired having served the community through Covid and I for one am grateful they continue to be there for all our needs."

"EDIT: In response to the owner. This review is constructive and fair yet as a business there's no responsibility being taken here for the numerous reviews of poor service. The young member of staff refused to check the prescription repeatedly, then went to check it but you offered to do so to allow her to continue serving other customers. As a pharmacy you have a responsibility to ensure prescriptions are accurate and support people. Whilst I was there an elderly person was spoken to very poorly when asked about notifications for prescriptions being ready and another man was struggling to understand the process due to a language barrier yet the behaviour of staff was impatient and dismissive. REVIEW: I use this pharmacy regularly for my children and for a regular personal prescription. When I pop in with my children looking for advice they’ve been amazing. However when I go in for personal reasons I’m met with a different service. Today I was met with frantic staff, dismissive responses to flagging the prescription was less than before, the manager suggesting my feedback about a poor rushed phone conversation when ordering was an attack on staff. It was busy and the manager suggesting this is why customers should accept a poor service and be spoken to like idiots. Customers should be treated with care and consideration, you never know what’s going on in their lives… I’m writing this review in the hope Sefgrove take onboard the feedback. Consider why you have a sign stating you won’t accept abusive behaviour etc… I’ve never seen this in a pharmacy and maybe the real issue here is the service and the tone of the staff…"

"Slow and said i picked up medication when i didnt dont leave a review or your be aggressively challenged and told use another chemist!! They always been rude condescending and stress heads in the 33 years i been going follow you like a shop lifter she more concerned of her reputation that her mistake tried embarrassing me at counter about my review always thought she a narcissist only use chemist because i havent had car since September all her staff leave always got hiring ads up you need to fix up lady!! AVOID dont bother putting reply i just dont care for your opinion talking about me to your staff while im standing there outrageous"

"I have been using Sefgrove for over 20 years since moving to Crystal Palace. I have a complex medical history which involves a lot of prescription drugs. Sefgrove have always tried their best to ensure that my prescriptions are filled on time. They have been brilliant communicating Any issues regarding availability of drugs and always know what else could be prescribed instead, they are second to none in making sure that I have what I need. Sefgrove are friendly and knowledgable and their range of skincare products is fantastic. They are a big asset to the community."

"I manage a hostel for people who suffer from mental health and Sefgrove used to supply with their medication for many years. I joined the team less than 2 months ago and the company decided to have all the homes under the same pharmacy. However, in the middle of the process, as we need to ensure that all the prescriptions would go to the new pharmacy, we forgot to inform Sefgrove. One of our residents went there and informed them that we have a new pharmacy. I received a phone call from one of the staff and she bombarded me with accusations without even hear me. Then one of my staff went there to get some vitamins for his own use, and they refused to give to him saying that he should go to the new pharmacy. I understand I made a mistake, but to be so abusive towards me and my staff is unacceptable. The only time I needed to go there and buy some medication for myself, they were very attentive, which shocks me the way they behaved. Today one of my staff called them, and again, they were verbally abusive saying that we didn't have the decency to inform them which I understand their frustration, but not been able to hear our side it's disgraceful. I had no choice but leave a review in here as I didn't have the space or a chance to explain myself."
