"Absolutely appalled by the lack of customer service here and making it absolutely clear how shocking the service is. I’ve visited this pharmacy many times to use an external service which operates at the back, after giving my name as i’ve done on many occasions I walk straight through. In this instance I was stopped very abruptly and rudely by the lady at the front desk who shouted stop and put her hand up towards me without even looking in my direction. I stopped and made it very clear that she was very rude, she went on to acknowledge that she was rude and continued serving the customer I told her that a sorry goes along way and that her manner was very rude and unwelcoming. She chose not to acknowledge what I said on my way out I asked to speak to a manager to explain the situation and let him know that his team member was rude. He then went on to be extremely rude to me refused to let me explain and claimed he saw everything for himself before asking me to leave the store. I believe that they felt it was okay to address me in this manner because of the colour of my skin and perhaps the area that the store resides. As someone who works in customer there is no way I would ever treat a customer in that manner nor will I accept that type of treatment and I also believe no one else should either so if you want to receive good service I highly suggest you do not come to this pharmacy. A simple apology would have sufficed and they thought it ludicrous that I asked after expressing how rude they were. i’ve lived in this area my entire life and I’m absolutely appalled and extremely disappointed. Absolute joke."
