"Staff consistently mess up my partner's prescription and one of the checkout WOMEN didn't know what tampons were... when we asked where they are. We had to describe what they were for about a good minute before the lights came on. It was embarrassing for everyone."

"RUDE STAFF I can honestly say this pharmacy has really gone from bad to worst these days, Unprofessional pharmacists, the lady pharmacist s attitude is so uncomfortable and Unprofessional. The Asian lady who works there is just so Unprofessional unfortunately.......and very very RUDE AVOID THIS PHARMACY! Also the comfort and the cleanliness of the waiting areas are very poor , Dirty!!!!! So Dirty !!! Shame"

"Terrible place, they advised one customer he didn't need to pay his prescription fees who then received a fine but denied everything while he was there but when he left I heard them admit they did. I then heard the chinese pharmacist lady who is clearly the owner be really unhelpful and refuse to subscribe to the minor ailments scheme by telling the parent that he had to bring in his sick daughter to her so she could take her temperature before she would provide paracetamol under the scheme. Then overheard her on the phone to a customer who called saying how wonderful she was. Hate the place!"
