"Went today for information on antibiotics sales, what type of antibiotics they have since im from abroad...medicine name can change due to brand and companies or country of origin.. .. Three pharmacist were present and two answered me immediately " no antibiotic without prescription" the whole universe knows that.. Its a medical policy.. what got that to do with enquiring about types of antibiotics.. People have different body condition, i enquiried about type of antibiotics because I have allergy and easier to come back to buy if the suitable antibiotics is available... With dr prescription.. I was having a govt emergency doctor in the line..my sister who knows about medicine, enquiring about the name, the way the other two pharmacist answered without properly listening to the enquiry question shows obvious lack of critical listening skills, communication skill for customers service and marketing..left without saying anything.."
