Reviews
"Atrocious service as has been mentioned in other reviews. Cannot get tracking information from them and desire being with them for over two years they send out a prescription that was stopped by customs despite endless warnings to put this as a note on my account. You cannot get an answer from these people. I am in the worst state I have been in two years of treatment. Absolutely desperate and in tears because my medicine has not arrived and I deal with pain every day. What is the point in paying premium prices for sub par service? I would steer clear if I could. Harley street UTI clinic: PLEASE find another clinic to join ties with. I beseech you."
"Awful irresponsible service, wish I didn’t have to use them but I’m tied to them by my physician. Emails are not responded to, finally got through on the phone after waiting for an hour, was told my medication would be delivered on Saturday, it’s 9.45pm and still no sign of it. It’s insulting to customers to blame medication shortages, that doesn’t excuse the complete lack of communication and disorganisation. We aren’t waiting for a pizza or new clothes to be delivered, we need our medication. It won’t be long before someones health is compromised because of Pharmacierge’s ineptitude"
"Takes 40 minutes to hold of them on the phone. (Had to do that 3 times) Get email late in afternoon to say medicine will arrive at 7pm, after waiting over 24 hours to get any contact from them after my doctor appointment. I wasn't going to be home so they offered a 7pm-10pm delivery slot the next day. Service is awful, feels like they are understaffed, wouldn't use them again. Absolute waste of time."
"I will be very glad to not be using this service again. I have unfortunately had no choice to use this company as my provider automatically sent my prescription through to them and stated “it would be easier and you can have it delivered to you”… fantastic I thought. Well it’s been anything but that. I paid for my prescription Wednesday 4pm via payment link had a confirmation of payment email and absolutely nothing since. It’s not Saturday past 5pm… no meds, no communication/ text/ emailed response (I have emailed and tried to call several times this week for even a tiny update). From the other reviews on Google I’m expecting a response of - we don’t recognise you, shortages in meds, delivery delays, strikes. That’s a load of rubbish and just excuses to cover yourselves for lack of organisation. I wouldn’t mind that but your website clearly states next day delivery regardless of strikes etc, and if you are experiencing shortages then this is a common theme when someone complains and I’ll be glad to take my business elsewhere as you seem to never have meds for people. I don’t think I would mind so much if it your customer service was on point in telling patients rather than leaving them guessing. I literally have zero clue where my medication is, not an idea and I’m titrating so it’s just delaying everything. You’d think a company responsible for peoples health would care enough to make a simple phone call/ text/ email to say “this is what’s happening” considering you say NEXT DAY! I will be calling my private provider to say they should definitely not be recommending this company, it’s laughable, unprofessional and as bad as the nhs. At this point the good reviews must be the people going in there or the staff themselves. But delivery service… shocking."
