"My family have been using this pharmacy for one off private prescriptions and sometimes NHS prescriptions. Mr Parish the head pharmacist orders difficult private prescriptions for my mother when she can't obtain the medicine elsewhere, and I always popped in when in East Finchley to buy alternative nutritional products they also stock as they have a good range of necessities. However recently I made them my primary pharmacy for my repeat NHS prescriptions and I could not believe the rudeness with which I was treated despite our long time family custom. The pharmacy staff, both front of house and the pharmacists themselves were curt, rude, impatient and unprofessional. They suspected me of trying not to pay at the start, and made as though every prescription fulfilment was a hassle. The elderly lady pharmacist was fearful and pedantic, the two younger female pharmacists were actually useless and unprofessional, and the two men working front of house were extremely rude. Even Mr Parish himself proved be a mediocre pharmacist as he gave me the wrong advice regarding use of expired medicines - I was better informed of safety precautions than he was. I think he was offended because he was later offended when I simply followed the instructions of one of his useless staff pharmacists who had insisted I come by and pick up a medicine I was owed after having refused to give it to me on a previous occasion. Absolutely disappointing - really proves that you only know a business/people when you work with them closely on a real basis."
