"Be aware they are either incompetent or don't care, and will 'forget' to tell you things. They conveniently 'forgot' to mention my husband's prescription should be free (it falls under certain medical condition qualified for free meds), and charged him for the last 6 months. We only found out when he mentioned it to the GP, and GP was shocked that the pharmacy did charged him!! They are either incompetent or just don't care. Either way we don't want to be messed up with anything else in the future especially with medicine so will go elsewhere."

Director, Salah Albazaz, know you have lost a loyal customer who was made to feel belittled, intimidated and quite frankly dismayed by your rude behaviour. I have never received such bad customer service. Yes this time I was using them to collect a DPD package, but don't offer the service if you're not willing to treat customers with respect."
