"I usually pick up prescription from here and it was working very well. I am recovering from a severe anxiety illness. However the employee does not care for the customer and behave in a very conflictive manner, she likes to use phrases such as: ''the computer does not lie, there is nothing I can do, i do know how can I help you''. Instead of working together to solve problems, she had an indifferent attitude toward me. I left the the pharmacy and have selected BOOTS as my pharmacy."
