"I can see why this guy has so many bad reviews. He kept putting my card in the reader upside down, then tried to scan it with the strip on the wrong side, but wouldn't listen to me when I tried to help him, blaming my card. Then he got annoyed and ended up shouting abuse as I walked out. Hilarious. Both rude and can't work his own card machine. Well worth the extra walk to buy from someone nice instead."

"APPALLING service yet again! I called ahead to collect my prescription as I have mobility limitations and had to take a cab there and back. I doubled the time I specified before I went to make sure it would be ready. Got there and was shouted at, as usual, by the same elderly man who I had to report to my GP a few weeks ago for flat out refusing to give me my prescription. There are many more chemists in the area and I will be reporting this, yet again to my GP / the relevant authorities, & requesting that they send my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. One shouldn’t be subjected to verbal abuse and intimidation in order to obtain one’s medication! I can see that several other customers have made similar complaints about this same individual. It’s high time something was done about this and I’ll report the matter until action is taken. I’m response to the reply below, I called well in advance of going to collect the medication to let them know I was on my way and was told they would prepare it in advance but it still wasn’t ready by the time I arrived. They delivered to me only while I was shielding AS WAS REQUIRED OF THEM BY THE GOVERNMENT. I did actually have to pay for two of those deliveries because they refused to deliver free of charge. All incidents have been reported to the NHS ombudsman."

"Missed my flight cause they failed to give me my pcr results in time and i received it 28 hours late, how tacky , I lost 1000£ pounds buying a new ticket and all they said was we will refund you for your test!! Stay away!! Unreliable!!"

"Well, I went there yesterday to get my flight details printed. There was an elderly gentleman, young woman and another man working at that time. This old gentleman owns the pharmacy , I believe. It was my turn and he never said Hi. He wasn't interested in what I want. I said Hi twice. Then the 3rd time he looked at me. I asked for print out. He asked me to wait. Then he started serving other customers. Waited there for 15 minutes. I then kept asking "are you going to do my printout". He eventually did it. But I believe his printer had some issues and it didn't print everything. So I said that is not what exactly I wanted. Then he asked me to move aside and started serving other customers again. I had to leave, as I already wasted 20 minutes. This gentleman doesn't have any manners. Though he does highway robbery (£3 for printing out the first page and £1 per page thereafter for black &white), he doesn't treat the Customers good. Awful and Appalling customer service. Please avoid this place if you can and save your time and respect!"

"The man that attempted to provide me with so called "service" was rude and his attitude was atrocious. I work for a local GP surgery and I shall be sure to pre warn any patients of the type of service you can get there. I have never had anybody raise their voice to me in that manner before simply for questioning why I was being asked something. It worries me if elderly people receive the same sort of service. I will never return. I live in London and I am not short on pharmacies for goodness sake."
