"30/10/20 - No facemarks being worn by pharmacist, pharmacist children, a workman and a delivery man who were all in the front part of the shop- The children were playing in the front part of the shop. The pharmacist when challenged spoke directly at me, in the front part of the shop, with no mask or COVID-19 protection saying she was exempt as a pharmacist. This does not appear to be the case having checked. The only person who took this seriously was the dispensing lady who wearing a facemark and was behind the screen. Given the seriousness of the COVID-19 situation now I am very disappointed in the pharmacists attitude to the safety of her customers."
