"Very patronising condescending young locum pharmacist who was very unhelpful and unprofessional before screaming at me she was in the midst of showing another customer her unhelpful nature. Such a shame as on my first visit they went above and beyond ( was told it would have been the Owner) once I called this young lady out on her unprofessionalism and how I would be making a complaint she went ballistic and proceeded to scream her dad is the owner in an entitled manner. Ruining the reputation of her father who was genuinely a pleasure to deal with. Based on the other reviews seems I’m not the only one to encounter the wrath of this crazy woman."

She called me “rude” when I asked her how long the wait for my prescription will be as I had been sitting and waiting there for 20 minutes already. And she had the audacity to tell me to “get out the way for other customers” when I was waiting for my prescription and no one else was in the store."

"Just cannot believe the reaction I got just cause I was on a work call for 3 minutes while my son was in the push chair. The woman at the counter aggressively came pointing the push chair asking me to leave the shop and make the call. It was only for 3 minutes. I cannot move with the push chair and a 3 year old that swiftly of course !"
