"Excellent customer service. I first used the agency approximately 2 months ago, after a family recommendation. The process was smooth, the team are friendly and importantly, they were very responsive after the booking. Even though my next trip (which is a few weeks away) could very easily be booked online and at the same/similar price range, I preferred to go into Civic Travel due to my previous experience.
