"Dog had hematoma surgery it has since filled up 3 times in space of 11 days after being told it would not happen again surgery was not what vet said he was going to do I had two 2nd opinions off other vets both said he didn't do the correct surgery for it not to keep coming back one vet said it was disgraceful then trying to contact vets to speak to someone in charge is like pulling teeth out no one knows anything never any senior staff in"
