"every time I go to get my medication…an attendant can never find my prescription. I think it's discriminatory…they always make me go back or call my GP. Last time I called my GP before going to the pharmacy to confirm my prescription order…the GP confirmed it was there…and even after showing my ID I had to call my GP and get my NhS number because the The person who assisted me couldn't find my prescription... (someone else always needs to intervene) and when the medication arrives to me (contraceptive) they want me to pay! I'm not happy and already talked to my GP to change the pharmacy!"

"Unfortunately I still had give at least one star to these people to be able to even write a review! These were the rudest cackle of women I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Due to me having a private prescription and not an NHS one they couldn’t go out of their way enough not to help. Following a lot of huffing, puffing and can’t be arsed face pulling they fabricated a story saying that my prescription had already been downloaded by another chemists from the cloud and that’s why they couldn’t dispense. Obviously my prescription went into the ‘too hard folder’ for them. So I popped to Boots across the road and they couldn’t have been more helpful and I got my prescription with zero fuss and a smile. This is why independent or small businesses lose business and disappear from the local high st."
