"I don't normally use this chemist and never will again. I called to see if my prescription was there and lady on the phone asked would like my tablets broke in half which I said yed. I got my dad to pick up my tablets. My dad said how rude the lady was and the way she spoke to him and no tablets broken in half. Looking on there reviews no wonder such bad reviews. Stick with Oakley chemist in Heswall. Most helpful and friendliest staff you will come across"
