"My son and neice have both been in Elmhouse West Derby since they was 1, they are now 3 and have loved there time at this nursery. They run in every morning with a massive smile. The staff are caring and motherly. Some in particular are Maria and Sarah who went above and beyond for our children when they needed it most. Our children's development improves every week here. We have to take them out to go to school nursery and we are sad to have to move them on. My youngest son will 100 percent be coming when he's ready for nursery. "My daughter has been at this nursery since she was a baby, she has been in the baby room till preschool. The nursery staff are brilliant they give you feedback or any more information you require they will always give it to you, they are professional and are very reliable. My daughter loves going here and she is always excited to go. They are are transparent with you. I have seen so much progress in my little one and I only have them to thank. The manager and staff are very friendly and even when you have problems they help you and assist you. If my daughter could stay here till high school I would do so in a heart beat."

They are each personable & professional, individually having a fabulous relationship with my daughter & helping her advance & progress in every area. My daughter has hemiplegia & I believe is the only child with a disability to attend to the nursery. The staff have been adaptive & supportive, liaising with the team of professionals my daughter works with on a regular basis. The nursery has a homely and comfortable feel making you instantly feel at ease. Nothing is too much trouble for the team & they are incredibly flexible, understanding & patient."
