"13:00 on Sunday. The table was 70% full. It was a system to deposit children's shoes at the entrance. The size of the play area is moderate. It's good to have a small bicycle, an area for small children, a game corner, a basketball area, and many other things to do. I think it's a good place to let a little kid and a big kid play at the same time. Since there are many areas for big children, there was a large proportion of big children."
"We went to a kids party at the weekend at yellow sub. I knew how funny they could be - threats of confiscating kids water bottles if consumed on the premises in the past (yes, water!) - so we called ahead to mention our 8 month old baby has multiple allergies and we'll be bringing some food with us for her to have when all the other children are eating. We were told this wouldn't normally be something they'd allow so they would have to check with the kitchen and the manager and she went away with a list of my daughters known allergies (she is being tested further next week so we don't know the full extent). A guy later called back with a message from the manager that although they couldn't guarantee anything on the menu catered to her needs she would not be allowed to eat her own food on the premises. If we needed to give her our own food she would need to leave the party room and sit outside in the foyer to eat. The baby is 8 months old! One of my biggest worries about her allergies is that she feels different and anxious in school/parties, couldn't think of a way to make a child stand out anymore. I always thought it was bad that kids aren't allowed to drink their own water there but this is beyond a joke. I don't know how they get away with treating people the way they do but to even contemplate asking a child to leave a party to go and eat their food on their own outside is absolutely disgusting. I won't attend again, nor will anyone at the party and I will be sharing my experience on social media"
"Best soft play centre we've ever been to. Super clean, well organised and loads for the kids to do. Didn't try the food but there was a good selection and it looked great, and was very reasonably priced. Free parking right outside and plenty of it too. Beautiful location."
"Absolutely amazing. we had my twins 3rd birthday here today and I can honestly say its perfect. The staff went out of their way, their were kind, patient, organised and just outright amazing. The room they had set up for us was perfect and they even put lights ect on for my daughter who is autistic with sensory seeking. They took care of the cake so we didn't have which took a load off myself as a mum meaning i could focus my entire self on my children rather than having to do the cake and the food ect! Could not reccomend enough, people say the staff are strict but we did not get this impression at all in fact it was the total opposite. Do not listen to the bad reviews because this place is amazing Thankyou yellow sub for making my children's day special"
