"Take my son here all the time great staff that are always happy to help sometimes if I think the music is a bit to loud for my son I will ask if they can turn it down and it's never a problem. Nice place to chill with a coffee while the kids play."
"Took my nephew here he absolutely loved it. When I was there I got really worried that I hadn't saw him for a little while. I couldn’t thank the staff enough. One of the girls helped me look for him (becky) and even tannoyed him for me. He came to the reception safe and sound totally oblivious his auntie was remotely worried. He had of course been on the football pitch (his favourite part). I was constantly reassured he was fine and of course he was. After that I relaxed and ate some lovely food there. Total trust in the staff they do a brilliant job here. 10/10"
"attended a party here earlier this week , no room as such it was like a mezzanine level , staff seem very young and inexperienced. one worker walked round for 20 minutes with the same plate of food . pity the customer who received that . Felt sorry for the girl who payed for the party , zero effort made to celebrate they even got the childs age wrong . plus the child whose birthday it was didnt receive his full cake"
"Took my sons here for their first go and they absolutely loved it! Booked a 2 hour slot had a brilliant time. Plenty of space they don’t over book slots. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Has a cafe upstairs that comes with a view of the entire place great food and desert selection as well. Will 100% return with them again!"
"Brilliant venue. Clean and well kept. Beautiful food/cakes and drinks all reasonably priced. But the biggest mention to the member of staff Katie who today went above and beyond when my niece bust her own nose on the inflatables. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Even recognising that my niece was getting worked up because she was a strange face to her. The added touch of getting not only my niece but my nephew and son an ice cream to cheer them up was superb. We will definitely be returning!"
