"ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS. I've no idea what the fee-earners do at Longlands but I'm guessing they spend most of their time trying to work out which sticking-out part of their anatomy is called an elbow, because they certainly don't waste any energy making sure they're up to date on their clients' case files. When conveyancers are so completely out of touch that they're still waiting for problems to be resolved that everybody else in the entire chain knows were resolved WEEKS AGO, what hope is there? Maybe if they had enough respect for their clients to actually take phone calls from other solicitors who are actually trying to get things resolved then things might be different. But it seems that's not the Longlands Way."
