"I cannot attest to the company as a whole therefore this review is based on one solicitor alone. He is the only person we dealt with and I cannot guarantee that he won’t be assigned these cases in future so I have to warn other potential customers. Our house buyer used this solicitor and I can honestly say I have never dealt with such an incompetent, deceitful time waster before. If you are considering buying or selling your house, this is NOT the man for you. If however you fancy wasting hours chasing him for completely unnecessary information then having a nice in depth chat with the legal ombudsmen and law society about misconduct then sign yourself up. Because of his incompetence and general lack of care, we had to proceed with our house purchase so as not to miss out which meant we had to pay second home stamp duty and additional home insurance, as well as having to leave our last home empty. I cannot advise people enough to not give this man any money, especially if you want a house sale or purchase to take any less than 4 months."

Finally we said we were pulling out, and then they completed on the sale the following week. This caused a huge amount of stress and heart ache for all in the chain. Avoid."
