"I am always wary where there are several 5 star reviews and then few with one star; always read those ones first. It is probably very easy to find friends and family to write nice things to boost your ratings, but the real indicators of the service and competancy levels are those who are not so easily satisifed - possibly because they are the real clients? Anyway after several years of getting nowhere, despite repeated requests to send me information of what they doing in my name, i have received nothing - apart from a couple of recent letters suggesting that they are buying insurance on my account (without my authority) in order to protect their fees. I have nothing to recommend about this firm."
