"AVOID this pet store on Trinity Street Iv been a loyal customer for years for all my pet needs (Rabbit,Hamster,Cats,Reptiles,Fish etc) and spent a fortune in there in the past, iv heard many bad things about her and the shop but always defended them as my experiences were good up until today. I bought a £2.50 goldfish for my little boys tank on Tuesday which died last night so i took it back to complain and she started demanding water samples and accusing me of not knowing how to have a fish tank setup correctly. I will be spending my money else where from now on thats for sure"
