"Been with this vets just over a year, so, not a short-term 'in anger' review. Simply not good enough. Not enough relevant information is given. I once waited the entire day close by the vets 16 miles away as a result of not getting information from them, and that's not the only time either. After a year I've had enough, so here's my review. Today I called twice and requested a callback. I received none, despite promises to do so. I'm afraid it's just not good enough. You've lost a customer."
