"We visited today as a family of 4 for the first time and can honestly say it was one of the best carvery meals we have ever had. The food was absoloutly gorgeous, fresh, hot and so tasty with a great selection. The gentleman that welcomed us (sorry didn't get your name) was so welcoming and helpful. My husband is currently using crutches so he carried his plate for him and plated his meal whilst my husband chose what he wanted from the carvery and brought it to our table for him. "My Wife and I went for a Sunday lunch. We had the vegetarian option and were not disappointed. You are supposed to book ahead as they do dinner in sittings (make sure you do!), but they managed to squeeze us in! The food was amazing! especially the sides like the creamy leak and the potato dauphinoise! The staff were really welcoming too, had a good chat with both the host and the chef. I could tell the chef was really passionate about his food. I can't wait to go again!"
