"The first time I rented an appointment with this agency was really splendid so when I did the second time I thought l was going to have the same experience but I was wrong, the treatment was so bad it really left a bitter taste in my mouth. Repairs takes so long irrespective of dangerously electrical problems, there is always a ready-made excuse and care less about tenants plight. I had to inform them I was going to make a complaint to the council before a dangerous electric problem was immediately sorted out in my apartment after waiting for 5 days and accused me of threatening them. We had to start taking turns to clean when the cleaner stopped coming and they kept giving us some filmsy excuses. Gardens are always overgrown, they sometimes ignore your calls and messages. Who ever is coordinating things in this place is not doing a good job at all"
