"Kathleen house was a perfect home away from home for my vacation all staff were very helpful and kind yet also non intrusive. This was my first time booking and staying in a hotel which gave me concerns but everyone I spoke to for help was really patient and understanding. The rooms are really well kept and the location is perfect. You're 10 minutes away from a large diverse shopping center and right next to that is a train station so you can go and do whatever you please with little worry on how you'll get back. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a nice affordable place to stay while visiting London for any reason."

"Decent for the prices. Service is rated low only because no breakfast on the weekend which brought the overall down and also, whilst lots of guests are staying you may find that they run out of hot water for showers."
"For a 2 star hotel I was very impressed. The bedroom was a good size with clean/fresh feeling sheets and towels. Mattress and pillows were good condition and the shared bathrooms are cleaned every day. I was very happy with this guest house and would stay there again if I visited the area again."
