"Don't let the outside of the building deceive you, the room, lounge and kitchen area was very well presented. Would have hit 5 star if the light had all 5 bulbs working and not just 2, and if the extractor fan in shower was working as the ceiling is beginning to get moldy."
"We stayed here for one night in the twin room with shared bathroom. I was extremely happy with the service. We arrived much later than we thought, but the only Kay was lovely and very helpful by texting us the needed entry codes and allowing us to check ourselves in.Very impressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. Lovely big shower! The room was very spacious and comfortable. I cannot find any fault with my stay. My only tip to travellers is that the walls are quite thin, so if you are a late lounger, better have some ear plugs. We heard the next door neightbours arguing loudly through the wall. It was no big deal though and I enjoyed my stay."
"Furious. Booked a room weeks ago for New Years Eve and only just got an email saying the room is not available?! Even though it was confirmed the day I booked it! Leaving us with no other option as everywhere is fully booked. Disgusting."
"Absolutely awful place and that's our opinion without even staying in it! Made a booking 2 weeks before staying there only to get a text message on the day to say the room wasn't available! When ringing to find out why was told they couldn't do anything and our payment never went through! When we booked it states you don't pay until arrival so they shouldn't of tried charging our card anyway. Also the guy on the phone was rude and even hung up on us! So overall a rude, poor communication and badly run hotel!"
