"I was a prospective customer, I was referred through an agent and decided to go for a viewing. I was shown around by a very rude person, constantly on their phone answering phone calls whilst showing me, a customer, around the property. However the real kicker was that I was previously lied to before today. I was told that the furniture was by Hermes, Chanel, Versace and Fendi however it is all by the same TNG Studios. Very poor quality, so much plastic, plywood and laminated materials.. so shocking! How a property worth upwards of £10million I am honestly devastated at the lack of quality. Even the paintwork was unfinished and wood scratched and tainted. I would NOT recommend."
