"I had been looking for a long term rental in Central London and I saw an advertisement on SpareRoom that’s being advertised by the current tenant who will need to move out due to personal reasons. I had a physical viewing and liked the room and the price. The room is spacious and the communal area seems well maintained. As the room is managed by Cloud Rooms, I contacted the agency and was in contact with one of their staff, Arthur, very shortly. Cloud Rooms is also registered with schemes like Client Money Protection, Property Redress Scheme and Tenancy Deposit Scheme, so I feel safe dealing with them and paying them the money. The whole process from securing the room, verifying and checking my personal info, to signing the contract was completed in 2 days. Arthur made the whole process quick and easy, he was even willing to send me the documents very early in the morning. I received all receipts and safety certificates from him for the property I am renting shorty after the whole admin process has been completed. There is also an offer in rent if you are able to pay your total rent upfront. I have hopes that my stay with them will be as good as the services I’ve received so far."

The second time, I needed them to provide me with some admin documents for my records. Both requests were met promptly and efficiently. I highly recommend Cloud Rooms to anyone who needs to move into a place quickly and doesn't have the time to find a whole crew of house mates to rent together.
