"Our experience with these people was poor and included a large rodent roaming the kitchen after a boiler was fitted and a big hole was left in the wall for it to access. This was after months were we chased for a leaking shower, broken drawer handles, sliding door to the garden jamming and not locking properly. We moved out in 2019 and I certainly didn't find them helpful or effective in resolving our issues. As expected the response from B&R states very vaguely they resolved things satisfactorily. The only satisfaction we had was moving out."
