"Nice and clean but the African lady workers can be very rude and dismissive. Very bad attitude considering my mum had a knee surgery and was not able to come down to allow me access the idiots refused me entry to go upstairs which is stupid as she is a private tenant so what's the problem. She even called them to confirm but no this was still not good enough dumb doughnuts."
