"BAD!!! I have been waiting for over a year for my £300 security deposit to be returned, since January 2020 to be exact. I have been emailing non-stop but after a short time they stopped replying completely. I don't know if I will ever see the money they owe me again, considering I spent more on the deposit than on the entire stay, but for sure I can say ABSOLUTELY AVOID any booking with them. Embarassing."
