"So slow on Prescriptions and some staff are downright rude!"
"An awful experience. I suffer with migraines and was refused the over the counter boots own migraine relief. The pharmacist humiliated me in front of customers, leaving me visibly upset. A bit of tact should have been used here. It is usually a pleasant place to shop but for some reason there is a quite an atmosphere of bossiness going, customers getting shouted at as to where you can stand and where the queue is etc..... Totally turned me right off boots"
"So they take bookings for flu vaccine. Keep sending you confirmation texts and emails for days before then when you show up they advise they have no flu vaccine... Thanks for making my 80+ year old mum traipse up to your shop for nothing. Appalling customer service."
